They say

Scott’s The Ski has been specifically developed to handle all types of skiing and terrain. The Ski features a unique elliptic sandwich construction offering exceptional torsional stiffness, as well as a true, full length wood core for unmatched flex.

We say

We know the Scott is a great ski from previous tests, and its qualities still shone through this year. It feels very stable underfoot and retains that hypersensitive nature that allows the skier to really feel what’s happening underneath them. Unfortunately we could only test quite a short length which made it less sure at speed, but it was very easy to handle at lower speeds and was awesome for playing around in variable, chopped up conditions. It very much feels a ski that is designed for 50/50 use on and off piste, and would be great fun for constantly changing the terrain and conditions you ski on.

Tester Comments

Hannah Luke
For an intermediate skier the Scott offers stability on all terrain and is forgiving when the snow is cut up or variable.
Rowena Phillips
Stable but not too much feedback from the ski when you push it, which is good as you do not get thrown about.
