ON SNOW EXPERIENCE
This trip includes five full days off piste with instructors, exploring the legendary terrain that Val has to offer with your fellow group of under 39s. You’ll be split into groups of 6/7 based on your ski profile. This trip is aimed at Aspirer (Red), Intermediate (Silver) and Advanced (Purple) off piste skiers. If you are unsure of your ski level, please see our Ski Profile Page. At the end of the week, you will receive an updated grading from your Guide or Ski Club Rep.
You’ll be staying for 7 nights in the Skiworld Chalet Lores 3* property, which is conveniently located within Val d’Isère town on the main street. Its open plan living area and proximity to the town’s lift system and bustling nightlife are a definite plus.
This holiday includes both your flights and transfers. Your Ski Club Rep will coordinate the coach transfer from the airport, so please look out for them in the main arrivals hall – they will be wearing their blue Ski Club jacket. Transfers to and from resort will take approximately two and a half hours.
If these travel arrangements are not convenient, you may be eligible to organise your own travel and receive a nominal discount from the holiday cost. Furthermore, if you can find alternative flights that coincide with our flight times then you can meet the group at the airport and take our transfer to resort. Please contact the Freshtracks office on 020 8410 2022 in order to discuss this further..
The town is buzzing and unlike many large resorts, it has managed to retain its old character. There are few better places for après ski in the world, starting on the hill at the Folie Douce, and heading down to Cocorico’s bar at the foot of the infamous ‘Le Face’ black run. There’s no shortage of bars and clubs in town with, Le Petit Danois, Le Saloon and the famous Dicks Tea Bar to name a few.
